We are currently inviting an Employee Relations Senior Consultant to join our team!
In this role, you will act as the key Employee Relations expert for administrative employees across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You will help strengthen employee well-being, trust culture and organizational stability.

Wahat you'll do
Act as the main Employee Relations expert and network coordinator (including Persons of Trust) across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
Provide consultation and guidance on sensitive workplace situations, facilitate mediation, and promote a culture of trust and psychological safety
Manage offboarding processes, exit interviews, and employee listening strategy initiatives
Analyze employee engagement, retention and HR-related KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement
Partner with HR teams, managers and other stakeholders to strengthen well-being practices and organizational culture
About you
Higher education in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Law or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, employee well-being, organizational culture, mediation, consulting or a related area
Very good English language skills (B2 or higher level)
Willingness to travel occasionally within Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
Strong consultation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy and discretion
Coaching skills, mediation training or experience supporting employees through complex workplace situations would be considered an advantage
