Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan, manage, and execute one of the biggest marketing budgets in Lithuania
• Regularly monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
• Create and implement advertising campaigns across various channels
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
• Conduct market, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis
• Identify and implement new customer acquisition strategies
• Partner with external stakeholders on project execution

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
• Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience
• Fluent English proficiency (C1 level or above)
• Project management experience and strong organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Strategic and analytical thinking with a results-oriented mindset
