We are currently inviting an IT System Administrator to join the Information Technology and Systems Department. 

Job description

• Install, configure, maintain server farm of ~300 Windows servers across Baltic Countries.

• Manage and maintain AD infrastructure according to Lidl standards & best practices.

• Create automation scripts for Windows server environment.

• Perform system maintenance.

• Maintain system security.

• Maintain infrastructure monitoring systems.

• Maintain mailing system (Exchange Online)

• Maintain storage and backup solutions.

• Maintain software packages and deployments using MECM.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Windows server infrastructure, Active Directory, Email solutions, backup solutions

• Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance

• Detailed knowledge of server virtualization (Vmware ESXI)

• Detailed knowledge of Mail systems (MS Exchange, O365)

• Knowledge of Backup and storage solutions (Netapp, NetBackup)

• Powershell scripting experience is an advantage.

• Orace/MSSQL experience is an advantage.

• Experience with disaster recovery scenarios is an advantage.

• Linux knowledge is an advantage.

• Good problem-solving skills

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian
